We try to ensure our fees are affordable for small charities and base them on your annual income level:

Consultancy

• Less than £20,000 per year – We offer a number of pro-bono days each month. Once these are fully subscribed, you are invited to join the waiting list for future months, or to pay a fee of £100 a day.
• £20,000 – £100,000 – £200 a day
• £100,000 – £250,000 – £250 a day
• £250,000 – £1m – £300 a day
• £1m + – £400 a day

Leadership Coaching and Mentoring

• Less than £20,000 per year – We offer a number of pro-bono sessions each month. Once these are fully subscribed, you are invited to join the waiting list for future months, or to pay a fee of £20 an hour.
• £20,000 – £100,000 – £30 an hour
• £100,000 + – £40 an hour

Before starting work with you, we will conduct a free consultation to make sure we provide the right fit for your organisation.

A ‘day’ relates to time spent with your charity as well as any preparation time and report-writing. Some of this work can be carried out via video messenger, but there will be an additional charge for travel expenses for any in-person work.

An ‘hour’ relates to face to face contact time (in person or virtually). Coaching sessions are between 60 and 90 minutes.

The number of days/hours needed and details of travel expenses will be agreed before any work commences.
